Delivery terms & Returns

1. Shipping method – Delivery time

1.1 The products are shipped in 3-5 working days from the next day of the order with a cooperating courier company.

1.2 The bulky products (eg furniture, stroller systems, mattresses, bathrooms with changing table, etc.) are sent with a cooperating transport company and their delivery is done only from the headquarters – warehouse of the transport company in your area.

1.3 For products marked “Available on request”, the delivery time ranges from 10-15 working days.

1.4 www.bambinoshop.gr does not provide any guarantee for the availability of the products as it is influenced, among other things, by factors of both national and international trade. The sole responsibility of www.bambinoshop.gr is the timely information of its customers about the unavailability.

1.5 If a product is not available, www.bambinoshop.gr will inform the consumer via email or by phone about the progress of his order. If the user does not wish to deliver the products as soon as they become available, he can withdraw from the contract of sale in the ways described in detail in Chapter 11 “RETURN POLICY – WITHDRAWAL” hereof.

1.6 www.bambinoshop.gr is not responsible for shortages in the availability of products due to force majeure, indicatively and not restrictively referring to weather phenomena, strikes of suppliers or means of transport, pandemics, natural disasters, illegal acts of third parties regarding www.rambosh and reasons that cannot be attributed to his fault or to incidents that hinder the smooth fulfillment of his contractual obligations.

1.7 Deliveries of the products take place on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

1.8 Delays can occur in cases such as adapting products to customer requirements, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason we do not manage to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer you the option to either continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date on our part, or cancel the order with a full refund.

1.9 For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products.

1.10 The consumer can pick up his order from our physical store after prior telephone contact with the company at 2810.250877.

2. Shipping charges

2.1 For shipping products within Greece to all destinations are covered by the cooperating courier company with a charge of € 3.00 / order.

2.2 If your order concerns bulky products (eg furniture, stroller systems, mattresses, bathrooms with changing table, etc.) and you want delivery to your address, you should contact our company by phone at 2810.250877 as this may not be possible in your area and / or there is an additional charge.

2.3 For orders over € 30.00, shipping costs are free.

2.4. Exceptionally for offer products there may be a shipping charge regardless of the value of the order. For these cases, there is a special marking in your “Shopping Cart” with the indication “Shipping Cost” where the additional charge is explicitly mentioned.

2.5 Shipping costs should not be confused with any cash on delivery costs, which are additionally borne by the consumer and are linked to the method of payment chosen.

2.6 In case of product return / withdrawal, the consumer may incur shipping costs. For further information read chapter 11 “RETURN POLICY – WITHDRAWAL OF THESE TERMS.

3. Return Policy – Withdrawal

3.1 Defective product

In case of a defect of any product that is found upon receipt, www.bambinoshop.gr proceeds to its immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the consumer, if the company examines the product and determines its defect. The consumer should inform www.bambinoshop.gr about the defect immediately and in any case within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, by sending a message to info@bambinoshop.gr or by filling in the contact form of the website indicating the indication “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT”. It can also notify by phone during working hours and days at 2810.250877. Returns after the above deadline will not be accepted. In addition to the above rights, the buyer, in case of a product that has a defect or lack of agreed quality, has all the rights under the applicable provisions and laws regarding the contract of sale and consumer protection.

3.2 Sending the wrong product

In case of shipping products other than those ordered, the consumer can request:

  • the immediate shipment of the correct products without any additional financial burden and
  • the return of all the money paid for the purchase (excluding the additional costs due to his own choice to use a method of delivery or payment other than the most economical standard method of delivery and payment offered by the company).

The consumer should inform about the error to www.bambinoshop.gr immediately and in any case within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, by sending a message to info@bambinoshop.gr or by filling in the contact form of the website indicating the indication “WRONG PRODUCT”. It can also notify by phone at working hours and days at 2810.250877. (Specifically for case [2], see also the chapter “PRODUCT RETURNS – WITHDRAWAL”). Returns after the above deadline will not be accepted.

3.3 Exercise of the right of withdrawal

3.3.1 The consumer is entitled by law to withdraw from the contract of sale of a product within fourteen calendar days from the day following the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, without invoking any reason.

3.3.2 To do this:

3.3.2.1 Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer is obliged to inform www.bambinoshop.gr about his decision to withdraw from the contract,

  • or using the model withdrawal form listed here (section B of the Annex of Law 2251/1994)
  • or by making any other clear statement that presents this decision (eg via the contact form on the website by filling in the word “WITHDRAWAL”, or by sending a message to info@bambinoshop.gr)

3.3.2.2 The consumer is considered to have exercised the right of withdrawal within the legal deadline, if the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent by the consumer before the expiration of the deadline.

3.3.2.3 www.bambinoshop.gr will immediately notify the consumer of confirmation of receipt of his statement of withdrawal from the contract.

3.3.2.4 www.bambinoshop.gr returns the payment received from the consumer (with the exception of the costs involved in his withdrawal), without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which he was informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Upon receipt of the product from our company, we will immediately process the consumer’s request and inform by e-mail about how to process it. Refunds will be made by the same means of payment as those used by the consumer for the original transaction, except in the case of cash on delivery. In the case of cash on delivery and bank deposit, the refund will be made by deposit in the bank account of the consumer, whose details he must disclose to www.bambinoshop.gr when declaring withdrawal from the contract.

3.3.2.5 The consumer returns the goods either to the physical store of the sole proprietorship under the name “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” or transfers them to the cooperating courier company which will be indicated to him by www.bambinoshop.gr, without undue unreasonable date day on which he announced at www.bambinoshop.gr his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of the deadline of 14 calendar days.

3.3.2.6 In case of withdrawal, the consumer is charged the direct cost of returning the goods to www.bambinoshop.gr. The exact cost will be informed through the confirmation of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from www.bambinoshop.gr.

3.3.2.7 The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product.

3.4 Product change

In case the consumer wants to make a change, he is obliged to return the product to the company, accompanied by the corresponding tax document / change card and to place a new order (of equal value at least) always after written or telephone notification of our company. Shipping costs are borne by the consumer himself, unless the reason for change is a mistake of the company in which case the cost of return is borne by the latter in accordance with Article 11.2 (Shipping incorrect product) of these Terms.

To change the product, the consumer is obliged to return it following the following procedure :

  • Contact us by phone at 2810.250877 and let us know the product codes you wish to return and with which codes you wish to replace them, so that we can register a new change order together. This new change order must be equal to or greater in value than the original.
  • You pack the products, including in the package the tax document / change card and you call the courier company that will be indicated by the representative of our company during your communication, so that he will receive the package.
  • Once we receive your return, we will ship your change.

3.5 General terms

3.5.1 The consumer has no right to withdraw / return / change on sealed products which are not suitable for return (indicatively and not restrictively mentioned underwear, swimwear, leggings, tights, breastfeeding, pacifiers, baby bottles and generally products that may affect his personal hygiene consumer) for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery. Products purchased as a set must be returned together. Return of individual items is not accepted.

3.5.2 The consumer is obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which he received it, not to use it, not to have its packaging violated and with the special markings of the product intact (labels).

3.5.3 For the return for any product reason it is necessary for the consumer to have the relevant tax document / change card, as well as any other relevant document that accompanies the products (eg special markings, guarantee, instructions for use, etc.).

3.5.4 In case the conditions of withdrawal / return / change do not apply, the product will not be accepted by www.bambinoshop.gr and will be returned to the customer who will be charged with the relevant shipping costs. The company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the change or return of the product in question.

3.5.5 Before returning the product you should contact www.bambinoshop.gr with any of the offered communication methods (E-mail, contact form, telephone) that appear on the website.
