In the text of the Terms of Use as such, the terms and conditions that are set and concern the rights and obligations of the visitor / consumer (hereinafter “user”) related to the access and use of the website, the purchase of products through and the use of the services provided through it. If you continue to use the website or the services provided through it, you declare your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions as well as any modifications thereto. In case of non-acceptance of even one of the following terms, you must immediately stop the further use of the website www.bambinoshop.gr and the services provided through it.

These Terms may be amended. It is the user’s responsibility to be informed at regular intervals of any modifications as the Terms posted on this site are the only applicable ones.

1. Website Ownership – Purpose

In any case you can contact our physical store during the days and hours of its operation [Monday – Wednesday – Saturday 08:30-14:30 / Tuesday – Thursday – Friday 08:30-14:00 & 17:00 – 21:00] on the phone 2810.250877.

1.2 This website aims at the modernization of the services provided to the consumer public, fully harmonized with the conditions and requirements of the market, by enabling the user to order through the online store www.bambinoshop.gr the products of his choice, concluding with sole proprietorship under the name “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” contract for the sale of a product at a distance.

3. User protection against malicious software or third-party actions – Service interruption – Equipment

3.1 Although the administrators of www.bambinoshop.gr have taken all appropriate measures so that the access and use of their website is secure for the users’ system, they do not guarantee that their website or its hosting provider (server) will be free from any kind of malicious software (eg viruses, etc.) or malicious interventions of third parties or that they will be continuously in operation and therefore not responsible for any loss or alteration of data due to its use. 4. Obligations of users – Compensation

4.1 The user is obliged to comply with the current Greek, European and International legislation and especially that concerning telecommunications, electronic commerce and protection of personal data, abstaining from any illegal, unfair, immoral or abusive use of the website www.bambinoshop.gr or harassing its operation.

4.2 The user is solely responsible for any damage caused to the administrators of www.bambinoshop.gr or their website, due to violation of either the current legislation or these terms, obliged to repair it immediately and by any legal means.

4.3 It is explicitly clarified that, in case it moves against the administrators of www.bambinoshop.gr in any form, judicial, extrajudicial or administrative procedure or they are obliged to pay a fine, compensation for any kind of damage to a third natural or legal person or incur any costs will be due to the violation by the user of the current legislation, or the present terms, indicatively and not exclusively referring to those of the Penal Code, the Special Penal Laws, the laws on Telecommunications, protection of Personal Data and provisions / decisions of any other Public or Administrative Authority, he will have to compensate the administrators of www.bambinoshop.gr and to repair any damage to them, regardless of whether the violation is due to his fault or negligence.

4.4 The user is expressly forbidden to transmit, reproduce, send, etc. and in general the publication through the website in any way of information with illegal, immoral, illegal, false, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory content. 4.7 In the event that www.bambinoshop.gr receives a relevant notice – complaint or finds or suspects that a user violates the terms of this and may cause damage or injury of any kind on the site or to third parties, he can delete without notice the account of the user in question and to cooperate with each competent Authority in order to impose the statutory sanctions on him.

4.8 www.bambinoshop.gr provides the user with a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, revocable and limited right to use and access the website.

5.2 As a result of the above, the reproduction, copying, republishing, storage, transmission, distribution, execution, publication, uploading (otherwise known as download), sale, translation, modification and in general use of all or part of the website www.bambinoshop is expressly prohibited by the user or any third party regarding the administrators of www.bambinoshop.gr without their prior written approval and consent.

6. Disclaimer – Guarantees

6.1 The sole proprietorship under the name “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” is not responsible for side effects, damages and losses from the use of ordered products due to:

• wrong choice by the user, who is solely responsible for the order and only aware of his individual needs / particularities / sensitivities (e.g. allergies, etc.)
• improper or incorrect use of the products,
• manufacturer’s fault, such as manufacturing fault, incomplete information or instructions accompanying the products, build quality, material safety and actual defects.

6.2 In case of contact with www.bambinoshop.gr for the clarification of questions of the user in relation to the products for sale, advice and information provided by the sole proprietorship under the name “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” are reliable, but are provided with the express reservation of the accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of the information provided by the user, which he cannot and is not obliged by law to confirm in any way. For this purpose, the sole proprietorship under the name “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” may request from the user a document requesting information through its e-mail info@bambinoshop.gr or filling in the contact form provided by the website, to ensure the security of communication and any future transaction.

6.3 In case of provision of untrue, inaccurate and / or incomplete information by the user, the sole proprietorship under the name “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” is released from any liability, namely the validity and reliability of the advice provided to the user and damage to the user from inappropriate information and / or advice / use of a product.

6.5 For all electrical-electronic products, wheelchair systems and furniture, the relevant document issued by the company “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” for the transaction, is the guarantee of the product, the time of which varies depending on the manufacturer / supplier. In case of damage after its use, the company does not bear any responsibility and the consumer addresses directly to the manufacturer / supplier company, showing the relevant purchase document from which the time of purchase and each warranty document that accompanies the product. The consumer can contact the company “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” in order to be provided with any assistance for his communication with the manufacturer – supplier company.

7. Order through the website

7.1 Only persons with full legal capacity (adults and persons without legal aid) can enter into a valid distance selling contract.

7.2 The persons who conclude a sales contract with www.bambinoshop.gr fully accept these terms, after being informed at the stage of their registration on the website and understand them in their entirety, which are an integral and essential part of the contract under preparation.

7.3 To complete his order, the user unconditionally accepts all the elements of the sales contract, i.e. the product to be sold, the quantity, the price, the shipping costs and any additional charges depending on the chosen payment method, the transaction, the time and place of delivery.

7.4 By submitting an order through the online store www.bambinoshop.gr, a contract for the sale of products at a distance is concluded, which is governed by the provisions of Greek, European and International legislation, namely by Presidential Decree 131/2003 and Law 2251/1994 (as amended and in force) and the terms hereof.

7.5 The products offered through this online store are available only in Greece. The products available for sale, their features and prices are accessible to the user through the website www.bambinoshop.gr. The user can search for more information about each product by clicking on the product icon. The sole proprietorship under the name “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” guarantees the timely information of the customers about the availability or not of the products, but does not bear any responsibility for their availability. The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include the current VAT. The online store www.bambinoshop.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without having to inform the consumer public.

7.6 Before placing the order, the user has been informed of all the required information for the validity of the contract and namely:

7.8 During the progress of the order and if the user is already a member of the website www.bambinoshop.gr can visit the section “ORDERS” to be informed about the progress of your order.

7.9 Our company reserves the right to withdraw from this site any product at any time, and / or to remove or edit any material or content on it. While we make every effort to process all orders placed with our business, there may be exceptional circumstances in which we may have to refuse to process an order after we have already sent you the Order Confirmation. For this reason we will contact you directly at the contact details you have stated to us informing you about the reason for non-acceptance of your order.

8. Shipping method – Delivery time

8.1 The products are shipped in 3-5 working days from the next day of the order with a cooperating courier company.

8.2 The bulky products (eg furniture, stroller systems, mattresses, bathrooms with changing table, etc.) are sent with a cooperating transport company and their delivery is done only from the headquarters – warehouse of the transport company in your area.

8.3 For products marked “Available on request”, the delivery time ranges from 10-15 working days.

8.4 www.bambinoshop.gr does not provide any guarantee for the availability of the products as it is influenced, among other things, by factors of both national and international trade. The sole responsibility of www.bambinoshop.gr is the timely information of its customers about the unavailability.

8.5 If a product is not available, www.bambinoshop.gr will inform the consumer via email or by phone about the progress of his order. If the user does not wish to deliver the products as soon as they become available, he can withdraw from the contract of sale in the ways described in detail in Chapter 11 “RETURN POLICY – WITHDRAWAL” hereof.

8.6 www.bambinoshop.gr is not responsible for shortages in the availability of products due to force majeure, indicatively and not restrictively referring to weather phenomena, strikes of suppliers or means of transport, pandemics, natural disasters, illegal acts of third parties regarding www.rambosh and reasons that cannot be attributed to his fault or to incidents that hinder the smooth fulfillment of his contractual obligations.

8.7 Deliveries of the products take place on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

8.8 Delays can occur in cases such as adapting products to customer requirements, depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason we do not manage to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer you the option to either continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date on our part, or cancel the order with a full refund.

8.9 For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession or control of the products.

8.10 The consumer can pick up his order from our physical store after prior telephone contact with the company at 2810.250877.

9. Shipping charges

9.1 For shipping products within Greece to all destinations are covered by the cooperating courier company with a charge of € 3.00 / order.

9.2 If your order concerns bulky products (eg furniture, stroller systems, mattresses, bathrooms with changing table, etc.) and you want delivery to your address, you should contact our company by phone at 2810.250877 as this may not be possible in your area and / or there is an additional charge.

9.3 For orders over € 30.00, shipping costs are free.

9.4. Exceptionally for offer products there may be a shipping charge regardless of the value of the order. For these cases, there is a special marking in your “Shopping Cart” with the indication “Shipping Cost” where the additional charge is explicitly mentioned.

9.5 Shipping costs should not be confused with any cash on delivery costs, which are additionally borne by the consumer and are linked to the method of payment chosen.

9.6 In case of product return / withdrawal, the consumer may incur shipping costs. For further information read chapter 11 “RETURN POLICY – WITHDRAWAL OF THESE TERMS.

10. Payment methods

10.1 Pay on delivery

10.1.1 The method of payment of products through cash on delivery, is offered by www.bambinoshop.gr. With this method of payment, the consumer will pay in cash as soon as he receives the products of his order, incurring a relevant cash on delivery cost. This option is not available for bulky products (eg furniture, stroller system, etc.).

10.1.2 For each shipment with cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, the charge is set at € 3.00.

10.2 Bank deposit

10.2.1 The consumer can also pay for the order by deposit in the following bank accounts maintained by the sole proprietorship under the name “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” and send the deposit receipt to info@bambinoshop.gr.

10.2.2 The deposit of the price and the sending of the deposit document must take place within 48 hours from the submission of the order otherwise it will be canceled.

10.2.3 The online store must send the product to the consumer within the prescribed period from the day the relevant proof of deposit is sent to the email of the company info@bambinoshop.gr. It is necessary to enter your name as well as the order code in the bank depository so that we can easily locate your payment and confirm your order. The amount you have to deposit is mentioned in the “Total” field of your order.

10.2.4 When the deposit is made by any other Greek or foreign bank, any transaction costs are borne exclusively by the customer and in no case the sole proprietorship under the name “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS”. To avoid any additional charges from the banks or delays in updating the payment of your order in our system, deposit the amount of money directly in the banks that cooperate with our company Alpha Bank or Pancretan Bank.

10.3 Cash

10.3.1 The method of payment of products through cash, is offered by www.bambinoshop.gr only in case the consumer chooses to receive the ordered product by cash on delivery for as many products as this option is available.

10.4 By debit or credit card with the Alpha e-Commerce application

10.4.1 By debiting credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners with the Alpha e-Commerce application. Your credit card will be charged upon successful completion of your order. It is important that you provide a contact telephone number and a valid e-mail address. If your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order. By entering the details of the card and confirming the order, you unreservedly declare that the card belongs to you or that you are the legal holder of it.

10.4.2 Starting the payment process, the consumer automatically goes to the special payment page of Alpha e-Commerce. There he is informed about the amount of his debt and enters his card details. Payment is processed with absolute security by Alpha e-Commerce which automatically informs the company about the transaction.

10.4.3 The cards are subject to validation and approval by their issuer. If the issuer of your card does not approve the payment, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and the company reserves the right to cancel your order.

10.4.4 Upon completion of the transaction the customer returns to the website of the company (www.bambinoshop.gr).

10.4.5 Our company does not keep the details of the card used during the payment.

11. Return Policy – Withdrawal

11.1 Defective product

In case of a defect of any product that is found upon receipt, www.bambinoshop.gr proceeds to its immediate replacement without any additional financial burden to the consumer, if the company examines the product and determines its defect. The consumer should inform www.bambinoshop.gr about the defect immediately and in any case within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, by sending a message to info@bambinoshop.gr or by filling in the contact form of the website indicating the indication “DEFECTIVE PRODUCT”. It can also notify by phone during working hours and days at 2810.250877. Returns after the above deadline will not be accepted. In addition to the above rights, the buyer, in case of a product that has a defect or lack of agreed quality, has all the rights under the applicable provisions and laws regarding the contract of sale and consumer protection.

11.2 Sending the wrong product

In case of shipping products other than those ordered, the consumer can request:

• the immediate shipment of the correct products without any additional financial burden and
• the return of all the money paid for the purchase (excluding the additional costs due to his own choice to use a method of delivery or payment other than the most economical standard method of delivery and payment offered by the company).

The consumer should inform about the error to www.bambinoshop.gr immediately and in any case within fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, by sending a message to info@bambinoshop.gr or by filling in the contact form of the website indicating the indication “WRONG PRODUCT”. It can also notify by phone at working hours and days at 2810.250877. (Specifically for case [2], see also the chapter “PRODUCT RETURNS – WITHDRAWAL”). Returns after the above deadline will not be accepted.

11.3 Exercise of the right of withdrawal

11.3.1 The consumer is entitled by law to withdraw from the contract of sale of a product within fourteen calendar days from the day following the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, without invoking any reason.

11.3.2 To do this:

11.3.2.1 Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer is obliged to inform www.bambinoshop.gr about his decision to withdraw from the contract,

• or using the model withdrawal form listed here (section B of the Annex of Law 2251/1994)
• or by making any other clear statement that presents this decision (eg via the contact form on the website by filling in the word “WITHDRAWAL”, or by sending a message to info@bambinoshop.gr)

11.3.2.2 The consumer is considered to have exercised the right of withdrawal within the legal deadline, if the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent by the consumer before the expiration of the deadline.

11.3.2.3 www.bambinoshop.gr will immediately notify the consumer of confirmation of receipt of his statement of withdrawal from the contract.

11.3.2.4 www.bambinoshop.gr returns the payment received from the consumer (with the exception of the costs involved in his withdrawal), without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which he was informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Upon receipt of the product from our company, we will immediately process the consumer’s request and inform by e-mail about how to process it. Refunds will be made by the same means of payment as those used by the consumer for the original transaction, except in the case of cash on delivery. In the case of cash on delivery and bank deposit, the refund will be made by deposit in the bank account of the consumer, whose details he must disclose to www.bambinoshop.gr when declaring withdrawal from the contract.

11.3.2.5 The consumer returns the goods either to the physical store of the sole proprietorship under the name “HANIOTAKI PARASKEVI VLASIS” or transfers them to the cooperating courier company which will be indicated to him by www.bambinoshop.gr, without undue unreasonable date day on which he announced at www.bambinoshop.gr his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of the deadline of 14 calendar days.

11.3.2.6 In case of withdrawal, the consumer is charged the direct cost of returning the goods to www.bambinoshop.gr. The exact cost will be informed through the confirmation of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from www.bambinoshop.gr.

11.3.2.7 The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product.

11.4 Product change

In case the consumer wants to make a change, he is obliged to return the product to the company, accompanied by the corresponding tax document / change card and to place a new order (of equal value at least) always after written or telephone notification of our company. Shipping costs are borne by the consumer himself, unless the reason for change is a mistake of the company in which case the cost of return is borne by the latter in accordance with Article 11.2 (Shipping incorrect product) of these Terms.

To change the product, the consumer is obliged to return it following the following procedure :

• Contact us by phone at 2810.250877 and let us know the product codes you wish to return and with which codes you wish to replace them, so that we can register a new change order together. This new change order must be equal to or greater in value than the original.
• You pack the products, including in the package the tax document / change card and you call the courier company that will be indicated by the representative of our company during your communication, so that he will receive the package.
• Once we receive your return, we will ship your change.

11.5 General terms

11.5.1 The consumer has no right to withdraw / return / change on sealed products which are not suitable for return (indicatively and not restrictively mentioned underwear, swimwear, leggings, tights, breastfeeding, pacifiers, baby bottles and generally products that may affect his personal hygiene consumer) for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery. Products purchased as a set must be returned together. Return of individual items is not accepted.

11.5.2 The consumer is obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which he received it, not to use it, not to have its packaging violated and with the special markings of the product intact (labels).

11.5.3 For the return for any product reason it is necessary for the consumer to have the relevant tax document / change card, as well as any other relevant document that accompanies the products (eg special markings, guarantee, instructions for use, etc.).

11.5.4 In case the conditions of withdrawal / return / change do not apply, the product will not be accepted by www.bambinoshop.gr and will be returned to the customer who will be charged with the relevant shipping costs. The company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue and reserves the right not to accept the change or return of the product in question.
